TERMS OF SERVICE

  • I reserve the right to decline your commission, though I'll do my best to give you a reason as to why I won't take on a certain commission.

  • You are more that welcome to use any commissioned art with credit.

  • You are not allowed to profit off my art (ie. prints, shirts, other merchandise, NFTs) nor can you use my art in AI programs.

  • Using my art for any kind of merchandise, as long as it's only for personal use, is okay! Though, I'd like to know (not required).

  • I usually do not give strict turnaround times. If you need something done by a due date, please specify initially and we can work something out.

  • My Trello (to-do list) is public and can be seen here. Feel free to refer to this anytime or ask me for updates.

  • I will send a WIP (work in progress) after starting. Any changes are welcomed at this stage.

  • The character(s) cannot be changed after you say you're satisfied with the WIP.

  • I will edit any part of your art until you are happy with it! I want you to enjoy my commission.

PRICING

  • Prices are subject to change (based on complexity) or I may ask if I can simplify a character.

  • Payment is fully required up front. Refunds will not be issued after you confirm that you're satisfied with the WIP. I will always edit any aspect of the art until you're happy with it!

  • any additional details (pose/expression ideas, due date if needed)
